Vintage Wizard Merlin Hand Puppet Famous Puppeteers!

For sale we have a vintage Wizard Merlin hand puppet. This is a really cool piece as it was homemade by the famous puppeteer M'el! She has made an appearance on Jim Hensons The Muppets Show and is also mentioned in his books many times. M'el was also a formal board member for the Puppeteers of America! From the top of the hat to the bottom of the gown the wizard is about 39 inches. The arms are right around 20 inches long and the body is 13 inches wide. The detail put into this puppet is really something special. The facial hairs looks and feels very real. There's a cylinder on the inside where you can operate the mouth with a couple of fingers. I'm not really sure what material the gown and arms are made of but it feels pretty smooth. The hat feels like a cone was made out of cardboard and then covered in the same material as the gown. There's some wear and the face could probably be cleaned up a bit. There's also a small tear to the material in the hat. Please check pictures and email me if you have any questions.
