Vintage Paper Mache Alligator Hand Puppet Famous Puppeteers!

For sale we have a vintage paper mache alligator hand puppet. This is a really cool piece as it was homemade by the famous puppeteer M'el! She has made an appearance on Jim Hensons The Muppets Show and is also mentioned in his books many times.
M'el was also a formal board member for the Puppeteers of America!
Overall this is a really cool vintage homemade puppet. I believe it's made of paper mache. It's pretty large, roughly 8" wide, 24" long, and 14" tall. Overall this puppet has seen better days. It is still fully functional but there is plenty of wear to go around. There are various divots throughout the puppet. One side of the cheek has been disconnected but could easily be glued back together. The cover should probably be replaced. It has quite a few holes and is pretty dirty overall. On the bright side the details around the eyes and ridges in the nose are very nice. Even with some divots the majority of it seems to be holding together well and it isn't as fragile as you would think. Please check pictures and email me if you have any questions.
