Description
This is an ORIGINAL/FIRST print poster (approx. 22" x 28", and printed a few months the shows. Bill Graham asked the artist to take his time to create this poster, and it was printed in November of 1971. No posters were printed prior to the shows, and the print run was limited to 500) promoting a series of shows featuring the Grateful Dead, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Santana & Creedence Clearwater Revival. These shows took place June 30 - July 4, 1971 at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, and were the final Bill Graham Fillmore shows, the end of an incredible era.This very popular collage image was designed by David Singer, and is the 287th image in the Bill Graham Fillmore series.
This beautiful poster has been very carefully preserved for over fifty years, remains in BEAUTIFUL NEAR MINT condition, and has been hand signed (silver ink) by Singer.
