Forged material possesses a better performance, they can meet the demand in different kinds of the extreme environments (rally, cross-country, etc.) more than 5 years warranty.
It is not an ordinary aluminum(casting material), it is even an aluminum alloy for aircraft manufacturing, so you can rest assured to use.
BLOXSPORT used Real FORGED material, have been made laser material number(Forged Aluminum Alloy 6061-T6 or 7075-T6) and brand logo on spacers. Refuse "Three-None".
BLOXSPORT insist on using the forged material, insist on the conception of putting safety in the first place and reject to use the casting material.
Forged parts had a 26% higher tensile strength than the cast parts. This means you can have stronger shackles at a lower part weight.
Forged parts have a 37% higher fatigue strength resulting in a factor of six longer fatigue life. This means that a forged shackle is going to last longer.
The casting material made wheel spacers performance is too bad, easily being snapped off and pose a very serious threat to the driving safety.
Tested Reports
Sample of wheel studs 12.9 grade has been tested by SGS according to Test method: ISO898-1:2013, Cor.1:2013, on 08 December 2015, report No. GZIN1512051950ML. Report is available on request and can be validated by SGS. .

We refuse to use the wheel spacer made of casting aluminum and the bad quality bolt/stud, lug nut.
